Purpose of this Page

This page is designed to give a picture of the types of different training sessions provided by FC Wisconsin.  More specifically, this page provides examples of the wide variety of areas of training emphasis (from individual, to small group, to team), the wide variety of training resistance (no opposition, passive opposition, and active opposition), and the wide variety of training exercise (technical, team tactical, and functional).
