FC Wisconsin Eclipse Announces Andy Lee as Newest Staff Member

Andy Lee has been announced as the newest member of the FC Wisconsin Eclipse coaching staff for the 2012-2013 season.

Lee was the head men’s soccer coach at Viterbo University from 2006-2012, leading them to 4 straight Midwest Collegiate Conference semi-finals, and one championship game, in five years. Lee holds a UEFA "B" license, the third highest coaching license in Europe, and worked previously in England with the Newcastle United Football Development Academy and the Northumberland Football Partnership. Lee is also currently a coach with Wisconsin USYS ODP.

While at Viterbo, he was also the Director of Coaching for Coulee Region United Soccer Association from 2009-2012, and the girls head coach at Aquinas High School from 2010-2012.

"Andy is a great addition to the FC Wisconsin Eclipse staff," said Christian Lavers.  "He understands the youth development process very well, and embraces the FC Wisconsin Eclipse philosophy of playing attractive, possession soccer with a focus on long-term player development.  We are very excited to have him with us."

The coaching staff at FC Wisconsin Eclipse works across all ECNL age groups, so that every coach works with every team, insuring a consistent style, philosophy, and developmental environment.  This staff approach to training insures a very low player-to-coach ratio, allowing more feedback and information to be provided to every player.
