Cieslak was a founding staff coach of FC Wisconsin.  Prior to that, she was a member of the FC Milwaukee Nationals coaching staff for 10 years, where she was the assistant coach for the FC Milwaukee WPSL team since its inception, including with the 2010 WPSL Final Four team. She has worked at multiple levels, including with the U15-U18 FC Milwaukee ECNL teams in 2011-2012. Prior to working with FC Milwaukee, Monica was a Wisconsin USYS ODP program staff coach as well as a coach with the Milwaukee Kickers. Monica holds a US Soccer “C” license.

Cieslak coordinates all travel arrangements for the club in the ECNL.
